From a vineyard planted in 1930. Pretty, slightly peppery, raspberry and spice. Medium-bodied, fresh and lively, a fine dusting of peppery tannin, lots of energy, subtle earthiness, and a long finish that’s all spice and floral things. So lovely. Vaguely Italianate in a way. 94 points Gary Walsh
