The 2018 Château Mont-Redon Lirac is a delicious drink. Grown on the sandy soils just across the river from Chateauneuf du Pape. It has an enticing floral spice, coupled with rich briary fruits. It is full and supple in the mouth and has nice spice and savoury nuance to the finish. It drinks so well as a youngster and will age over the mid-term. JH 2022
