A really good fizz. A blend of 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Cabernet Franc that spends 24 months on lees. It has some intense preserved citrus aromas and flavours along with a puff of chalk and some wheaten biscuit and brioche notes. It is flavour packed and cut by mineral/citrus acidity. It is fluffy and creamy and has quite fine bead. A real crowd pleaser. JH 2026
