This is all Domaine fruit from Jacob’s vineyards in Echevronne and in Morey St Denis. It is mainly Pinot Noir with a little bit of Aligoté and Chardonnay, based on the 2017 vintage. It is made in the Méthode Traditionelle way, the same as Champagne, and has a fresh nose of lemon and white flowers. The palate has orchard fruits and mineral and a hint of toast. It is fluffy and energetic, with bright flavours and a clean finish. JH 2022
