A blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, It is a bubbly of great character. It is light and fluffy and packs a nice flavour hit of orchard fruits and some pleasant spice and floral things. There’s plenty of mineral and the saline note that you see in all of Albert’s wines. It finishes dry and refreshing and has good persistence. It is a real beauty. JH 2025
