The N.V. Billecart-Salmon Champagne Nature Brut is the result of a blend of grapes from ten harvests, from 2006 to 2015. 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Meunier. No sugar added to the dosage and there is 60% reserve wines in the blend. It is aged on lees for 48 months. It is delightfully pure Champagne, with direct aromas and flavours and great cut.
