100% Chardonnay off their lieu dit vineyard of Les Panerots. It was vinified and aged exclusively in a concrete ovoid vat, where natural internal currents keep the lees in constant motion. This is 2020 base and was disgorged in February 2026. There were 1100 bottles produced. A very fine nose of lemon, citrus blossom, peony and chalk. So direct in the mouth with great purity and mineral tension. Some bready/ brioche notes and fine bead and creamy mousse. Great cut and persistence. JH 2026
