Smoky mineral, preserved lime and rockmelon notes. A touch of fruit sweetness as the wine hits the palate and then you get lime sherbet flavour. The finish is vital and fresh with a big squeeze of citrus. 8% alcohol and such a lovely drink. JH 2026
