A beautiful salmon pink colour. The nose has some gooseberry, orange zest, lavender, smoky reduction and peach. The palate has plenty of orchard fruit action with some mountain herbs. There's a lick of mineral and a silky feel against the gums. Good depth and precise on the finish. JH 2025
