30% whole bunch vinification and 30% new wood. No more than medium deep in colour, but fresh ruby rather than crimson. A fine pure clean red fruit on the nose, less weight than the previous two, slightly firmer tannins, but a fine clarity of fruit as well. Not the most concentrated, but there is some elegance to this Clos Vougeot. 92-95 points. Jasper Morris M.W.
