This is one of those squint inducing wines. As soon as it hits your mouth, you face goes all Renée Zellweger. There are notes of green apple, pear, flint and salt. It is so direct and sharp, yet pleasurable at the same time. The finish cuts like a vinous knife and drives on. JH 2026
