The 2024 Antonio Soave from Italy’s Veneto region is a beauty. There are some florals and mountain herbs along with a sprig of spearmint. There's crisp orchard fruit flavours and nice shape. It has bitter almon freshness and is a satisfying, versatile drink. JH 2025
