The majority of the blend is made up from declassified young vine fruit from some of the Domaine’s Chassagne-Montrachet plots. 50% is raised in stainless steel and 50% in barrel. It has a delightful core of white peach fruit. There’s a light spiciness to the wine and good mineral definition. It has far more depth and elegance than you would expect from a wine at this level.
