The 2023 Saint and Scholar Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc won the trophy at the 2024 National Wine Show in Canberra for the best Sauvignon Blanc. The winery has excess stocks. We tasted a bottle during the week and it is very good. The nose bursts with fresh fruits, lime, passionfruit and nectarine. The palate is so vital and alive, showing a light grassiness and good weight through the mid. It is just 11.5% alcohol and has beautiful flinty acidity. Balance is great and length terrific. The perfect all-round package for the Savvy B fan. It is sealed with a screwcap. JH 2025
