The 2023 Chablis Vaucopin 1er Cru has a nicely detailed bouquet. This Chardonnay displays much more mineralité than the preceding Chablis Village, with crushed oyster shells unfolding in the glass. The palate is well balanced with that oyster shell continuing, fine salinity. Not long but elegant in style. 91 points. Neal Martin, Vinous.
