Perfectly ripe white peach greets the nose along with some flinty/mineral reduction notes. There's aniseed spice and baked bread too. It is generous and layered, silky through the mid and possessing chalky chew to the finish. It has good drive and length and plenty of energy. Under DIAM this will age well. JH 2025
