The 2023 Domaine Pascale Rion Delhautal Côte de Nuits Villages Mosaic is a beauty. Domaine grown Pinot Noir fruit off an excellent vineyard near the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges. It is fairly tight at first with a hint of cherry and berry. With air you get earthy ironstone notes. The palate is fleshy with excellent mineral tension. There are light florals and a finish that is crunchy and bright. There’s enough substance here to age for a decade or more if you wish. There’s also enough deliciousness to drink now. JH 2025
