Built around a core of delicious Satsuma plum and raspberry fruits. There’s a calm and gentle entry to the wine and then it builds through the palate. For all its flesh, there’s something cool and stony buried deep. The finish comes in with waves and is intoxicating. Going to be special with time. JH 2025
