We looked at a couple of different components. Off 40-year-old vines, this has sappy white peach and lemon fruits. There’s great minerality and lovely balance. The parcel off younger vines, 6-7 years, but from high density plantings, had more intensity and saltiness. Both were rich and unctuous. JH 2025
