Fleys take fruit off their vines in Bas de Mont de Milieu, Les Monottes, and Serre for this AC Chablis and the wine is absolutely classic. Loaded with citrus and saline minerality. Good volume and weight and fresh acid cut. Sealed under DIAM you can age this for a decade if you wish. JH 2025
