A fabulous nose of slatey/smoky things and intense Kaffir lime. The palate is direct and intense, with powdered lime at its core. There's the perfect amount of fruit sweetness countered beautifully by chalky notes and a beam of bright acidity. Juts 7.5% alcohol, chock full of flavour and a delight to drink. JH 2025
