2022 Jean-Claude Boisset Fixin Blanc

Bono of U2 fame had been in tasting a few weeks before and the Boisset Fixin is his favourite white according to Gregory. He purchased a couple of dozen to take to his house in the South of France. It is a really good wine. There are delicious orchard fruits, great shape and a fresh, minerally finish. JH 2024
