2022 Fabien Coche Aligote

Some petrol like reduction along with, green apple and preserved lemon notes. The palate is quite deep and intense. There's texture and a savoury leesy character. It is super tangy and finishes with saline minerality. A wine that really builds in the glass and one that should age well. JH 2023
