2022 Domaine Les Capreoles l’Amourgandise Beaujolais

Two tanks, one carbonique and one de-stemmed. Tank aging only and bursts with raspberry fruit. There’s a hint of aniseed and plenty of flesh. It finishes with chalky precision. JH 2023
