Hailing from that special slice of Fourchaume that abuts Preuses, this is always a classy, structured cuvée. As Benoît said, "It's more Preuses than Fourchaume." And, wow, is it a Chablis-lovers kind of wine! Citrus zest meets cheese rind on the nose then peach peels flood the palate. About 25% sees new oak for a kiss of roundness and nuance to smooth out the struck flint nose of the stainless-steel portion. This is dazzling, yet it could still use time to really bring its game. 95 points.Tim Atkin M.W.
