2022 Domaine Jean Defaix Les Vaillons Premier Cru

It has an array of citrus fruits on the nose and in the mouth. There are oyster shell and flinty mineral things too. It has good intensity and volume and a long, dry finish. It will age beautifully for a decade or more.  JH 2024
