2022 Chateau Clarettes Therapie Blanc

It is such a good drink and superb value for money. This Provence white is a blend of 20% Rolle (Vermentino) and 80% Clairette. It is loaded with citrus fruits cut with minerals. It is bright, with a refreshing neutrality. There’s some white peach and light spice too. It is satisfying wine that can match a wide array of dishes or be served as the perfect aperitif. JH 2023
