2021 Rion Delhautal Bourgogne Blanc

This is all Domaine grown Chardonnay fruit from in and around Nuits. It is old school white Burgundy, with white peach and butter and plenty of spice. It has delicious fruit at its core and some chalky dry extract at the back end. It is textural and layered and the finish is fresh and oozes minerality. Sealed under Diam it should age really well over 5-8 years but certainly is immensely satisfying straight out of the gate. JH 2023
