The 2021 Barolo Tre Tine is quite attractive, as it is in most vintages. Red-toned fruit develops first, followed by hints of rose petal, mint, cinnamon and dried flowers that add an exotic flair. More importantly, the tannins—so often quite fierce in the early going—are nicely tamed. The blend is approximately 60% Ravera, 20% Le Coste and 20% Cannubi San Lorenzo.
