An engaging nose of freshly cut tobacco, perfectly ripe cherries, smoked meats and cedar. It is full and fleshy, deep and layered. There's generosity of flavour and perfect proportion and balance. The long finish is carried by moderate chewy tannins and an uptick of minerally acidity. JH 2025
