This is all Domaine fruit, taken from the lieu dits of Les Herbues, Les Athets and Aux Exchanges. This wine is all about perfume. Sensual red fruits, violets and other sweet scents. The palate is silky and refined, with delicate mineral detail. It is layered, builds and fans out on the finish. JH 2023
