2021 Domaine Les Capreoles Diaclase Régnié

Fruit from the lowest yielding portion of the vineyard spend a year in barrels and 6 months in concrete. It is deep and dark with some complex meatiness. It is cool and stony with lovely acidity. There’s a passionfruit skin note that is most pleasant. It is velvety of texture and expansive and long. It should age effortlessly for a decade or more. JH 2023
