2021 Domaine Guillot-Broux Saint-Veran ‘Les Rochettes’

Smoky mineral notes to the aroma. Also plenty of yellow fruits. The palate has generosity and is layered with flavour, but there is an undertow of citrus and mineral and draws all of the flesh in. Nice shape, balance and presence and a very delicious drink. J.H. 2023
