2021 Domaine Francois Carillon Cap au Sud Chardonnay

The Chardonnay Cap au Sud comes from the limestone slopes of Montagnac, north of Nîmes, in the foothills of the Cévennes mountains. It is a great new addition to the Carillon range. Yellow peach and lemon fruits abound. Good flesh and shape. Some underlying minerality and a touch of spice. Quite delicious. JH 2023
