This is a beauty made from Cinsault. It is 100% whole bunch, and you get a rose garden of florals and earth coupled with the most delicious red fruit profile. It is silky and voluminous and has perfectly ripe tannins. There’s a hint of aniseed spice. Length of flavour is very good. JH 2025
