2021 Domaine Cerberon Bourgogne Rouge

This is essentially de-classified Volnay. There are delicious red berry fruits trimmed with spice. It is open-knit and fleshy, with a silky feel against the gums. Fruit flavours are back-lit by a line of bright acidity.  It is so delicious now but should also reward a few years cellaring. JH 2023
