2021 Chateau Clarettes Therapie Blanc

It is a blend of 20% Rolle and 80% Clairette. It bursts with energetic citrus fruits and minerals. It is bright, with a refreshing neutrality. There’s some white peach and light spice too. It is satisfying wine that can match a wide array of dishes or be served as the perfect aperitif. JH 2023
