This is proper Chianti. 100% Sangiovese and 100% delicious!. It has highly-perfumed cherry fruit along with some tobacco and earth. There’s flesh and depth and it drinks well now but has the requisite underlying material to age. It has balance and energy and a finish carried by modest structure. JH 2023
