Smoky mineral notes along with rockmelon and lemon. It is so clean and layered with a palate that refreshes and satiates with all sorts of energetic things. It is unctuous through the mid and possesses saline mineral cut on the long finish. JH 2025
This wine is aged for 2 years in concrete tanks and then in bottle for 2 years before release. It is so pure and engaging and one of Italy’s very best dry whites. Sealed under screwcap, it will continue to develop in the cellar for a decade or more.
