2020 Nicola Bergaglio Etichetta Bianca Gavi di Gavi

The grapes are hand-picked from south-west facing and very steep sites on the estate that sit at 290 metres and have soils with a high clay content. These vines have an average age of around 30 years. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel. Everything is done to preserve freshness and allow the vineyards to express themselves in the finished wine. Deliciously crisp orchard fruits. White flowers and lemon. Good presence on the palate, dry and detailed. Excellent energy. JH 2022
