2020 Failla Olivet Ranch Pinot Noir

Russian River Valley can be the source of wonderful Californian Pinot and this one is a beauty. It is full of perfectly ripe, dark fruits and some freshly grated ginger. There's some smoked meats and an iodine like mineral quality to the wine. It is rich and powerful, with decent structure. The finish has spice and some chew and is expansive.  JH 2023
