2020 Etienne Sauzet Chassange-Montrachet ‘Les Encégnières’

Pale lemon colour nothing much showing up front on the nose, feels like optimum ripeness. Certainly, the fruit builds very well on the plate with a little sucrosity, then waves of white fruit behind. Plenty to enjoy here in this Chassagne made on white wine soil. Good length. 90-92 points. Jasper Morris M.W.
