Domaine Le Guellec-Ducouet was created in 2018 following the takeover of family vines. Friends Arnaud Ducouet and Michael Le Guellec are now cultivating 3.5 hectares of vines in the commune of Brochon, in the appellation of Gevrey-Chambertin. Their first vintage was 2019 where they produced one wine from a purpose build winery just on the outskirts of Gevrey-Chambertin. Their goal is to acquire more vineyards in and around Gevrey as opportunities arise. The vineyards are mainly clay-limestone with an average age of 90 years, they’re certified HVE (High Environment Value) and organic certification is on the way. These wines have great freshness, bright fruits and refined fine tannins.
