2020 Chateau Clarettes Grande Cuvee Rose

A beautiful salmon colour. This is a blend of Mourvèdre 50%, Cinsault 45%, Syrah 5%, all of the best fruit from the Château. It has a gorgeous nose of strawberry, cherry and flinty mineral. The palate is bursting with flavour and it is deep but light on its feet. Balance and harmony are superb and it finishes dry and long. It drinks so well now but will cellar effortlessly for another couple of years.
