2020 Bouchard Père et Fils Saint-Romain Blanc

There’s a nose of smoky mineral, preserved lemon, white peach and flint. The palate is dense and compact. It has chewy structure with plenty of chalky dry extract to the back-end. There’s loads of spice and real persistence.  JH 2023
