60% Grenache, 20% Shiraz and 20% Mataro. The Grenache and Shiraz were fermented separately as 100% whole bunch. It has perfectly ripe red and black fruits coupled with awesome spice. There;s a core of intense raspberry and it builds through the palate. It is silky and expansive yet a wine of excellent underlying structure. JH 2022
