2019 Saint Max Rosé Côtes de Provence is a beauty. Coming from the Mont-Redon team, who make some of the greatest Châteauneuf -du-Pape wines, this is a blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 8% Syrah and 7% Carignan. It has some smoky mineral notes along with fresh berries and peach. There are Provençal herbs and fresh acidity. It is a delicious Rosé, sealed with screwcap to lock in all of the flavour. JH 2022
