This is a blend of Chardonnay from Yonne to the north, giving its fresh, mineral character, followed by the Côte d'Or, with its rounder, deeper flavour, the Côte Chalonnaise with its generosity, and lastly the Mâcon region to the south. With a pale yellow color, this wine reveals all the richness of this vintage! Subtle woody aromas, white flowers, some citrus fruits. A good length in the mouth with a tangy finish. JH 2021
