This is Pinot Noir sourced predominantly from the The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Average vine age is 35-40 years. With a pretty ruby color, this wine develops gourmet aromas of red and black berries with some peppery and subtly smoky notes. The palate is very well balanced. A wine full of juice, with a certain freshness that makes you salivate but also some fine tannins. A Burgundy of beautiful nobility! JH 2021
