Engaging aromatics of citrus blossom, mint, sage, waxy lemon and flint. It is so alive and bright in the mouth, with good shape and energy. There's fleshy fruit flavour reminiscent of Bosc pear and a finish that is satisfyingly dry and minerally. JH 2021
